The renovation journey began with a comprehensive design consultation, enabling us to capture Mark's vision for his home. Following this collaborative planning phase, we executed a full demolition to create a blank canvas for the new design.
Key features of the project include the addition of two beautifully crafted bathrooms, each designed with contemporary fixtures and finishes that enhance both style and functionality. The heart of the home was revitalized with a modern kitchen complete with custom cabinetry, designed to maximize space and efficiency.
A significant highlight of this renovation was the large extension, which increased both living space and light. We installed new silver top ash decking that provides an elegant outdoor area perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The use of Axon cladding on the exterior adds a sleek, modern touch, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings.
Throughout the home, Kustom Timber flooring was laid, offering a warm and stylish finish. Extensive interior and exterior painting ensured a fresh and cohesive look, enhancing the home's overall appeal.
